Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 2026-06-22
This document applies to the mobile app RIS Dnevnik ulova Crna Gora (com.studiolasso.ris), published by StudioLasso, and to the RIS web portal.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fisheries Information System of Montenegro (FIS), including its website and mobile application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
FIS is the official platform of the fisheries administration. It allows registered users to manage vessels, licences, fishing logbooks, sale notes and related records, and to meet obligations under national and European Union fisheries law.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Accounts are reviewed and activated by the administration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
3. Your obligations
You agree to submit true, complete and timely data, in particular logbook, catch and sales information, as required by law. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
4. Accuracy of records
Data submitted through FIS may constitute official records. Submitting false or misleading information may have legal consequences under fisheries control legislation.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and may suspend or change features for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
6. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account from within the mobile application or on our website. Deleting your account closes your access and login. Records that the law requires us to retain remain in the system after your account is closed, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its content and its software are protected by applicable law and may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law or with prior authorisation.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Montenegro.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The effective date shown on the page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact the fisheries administration at the official contact address published on this website.
