- Vessel and licence data: vessels you own or operate, technical details, licences and authorisations.
- Activity data: fishing logbooks and catch entries, sale notes, landing and related records you submit.
- Position data: vessel monitoring (VMS) positions where your vessel is equipped with a tracking device.

3. Why we process it and legal basis
We process this data to operate the national fisheries information system, to issue and manage licences, to record catches and sales, to monitor the fleet, and to meet reporting obligations. The processing is based on legal obligations under national fisheries legislation and applicable European Union regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2023/2842, and on the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest.
4. How long we keep it
Records that we are required to keep by law, such as logbooks, catch records, licences and sale notes, together with the identifiers attached to them, are retained for the periods set by the applicable fisheries and archiving legislation. Account access data is kept while your account is active and is removed or deactivated when you delete your account, subject to the legal retention of the records above.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with public authorities entitled to receive it and with the European Commission services where required by European Union fisheries regulations. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
Subject to the limits set by law, you have the right to access your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of data that is not subject to mandatory retention, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account from within the mobile application or through the account deletion page on our website. Deleting your account closes your access and login. Records that the law requires us to retain, and the identifiers attached to those records, remain in the system after your account is closed, as described in section 4.
